NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on the =~~ day of December, 2007, CitiMortgage, Inc.,
as the plaintiff, filed its Complaint in the District Court of Adams County, Nebraska, against Catherine
A. Waterman and Cynthia Ann Waterman, as the defendants, the object and prayer of such Complaint
being to obtain an accounting, to.foreclose a deed of trust given by said Catherine A. Waterman, a single
person, and Cynthia Ann Waterman, a single person, to First American Title Company, as Trustee for
the benefit of Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., solely as Nominee for CitiMortgage, Inc.,
Beneftciary, to foreclose any interest in or lien upon the real estate hereinafter described of the above-
named defendant, to obtain an order for the sale of the real estate hereinafter described for the
satisfaction of the indebtedness secured by such deed of trust and to obtain other equitable relief; that
such deed of trust is dated November 16, 2006, and was recorded on November 17, 2006, as Instrument
Number 20065225 in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Adams County, Nebraska, and conveyed to
such beneficiary the following described real estate situated in Adams County, Nebraska, to-wit:
The East Half (E1/2) of Lot Ten (10) and all of Lot Eleven (11), Block Fifteen (15), East
Broad Street Addition to the City of Hastings, Adams County, Nebraska, according to
the recorded-plat thereof;
and that such deed of trust was sold, transferred, and assigned to the plaintiff by written assignment
recorded on November 21, 2007, as Instrument Number 20075121 in the Office of the Register of Deeds
of Adams County, Nebraska.
