KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
THAT WHEREAS, in consideration of full payment of the indebtedness secured by the Trust Deed
executed by Terry Lee Anderson and Andrea Lynn Pomajzl Anderson (husband and wife) to The
Commercial Bank, Blue Hill, Nebraska, Trustee for the Benefit of The Commercial Bank, the Beneficiary
named therein, dated September 25, 2002 and recorded on October 8, 2002 in instrument #20025363 at the
office of the register of Adams County, Nebraska, has been paid, and said Beneficiary has requested in writing
that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered as confirmed by its endorsement below;
NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of the
Beneficiary named therein, the undersigned as Trustee does by these presents, grant, remiss, release and
reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto all the interest and estate derived to said Trustee by or through
said Trust Deed in the following described premises but only as to such premises:
A tract of land in the Northeast Quarter (NEl/4) of Section Thirty (30), Township Six (6) North, Range
Ten (10) West of the Gth P.M., Adams County, Nebraska, said tract being more particularly described as
follows: Beginning at the Northeast corner of the Northeast Quarter of Section 30, Township 6 Nortlr,
Range 10 West of the 61h P.M., Adams County, Nebraska; thence South 00 00'00" East (Assumed
Bearings) along the East line of the said Northeast Quarter a distance of 889.61 feet; thence South 86
53'22.9" West a distance of 450.253 feet; thence South 04 57'06.4" East a distance of 196.252 feet; thence
North 89 54' 04.6" West a distance of 516.55 feet; thence N Ol 41' 07.7" East a distance of 188.073 feet;
thence North 52 45' 55.9" East a distance.of 51.233 feet; thence North Ol 56'57.5" East a distance of
463.908 feet; thence North 87 27' 05.6" West a distance of 696.519 feet; thence South 33 39'40" West a

road right of way on the North and East of said property.
