Debra S. Williams and Alan Williams, wife and husband,
GRANTORS, in consideration of Fifty-four Thousand Nine Hundred
Fifty and no/100 Dollars ($54,950.00) and other valuable
consideration received from GRANTEE, Delores M. Lipker, a single
person, conveys to GRANTEE, the following described real estate
(as defined in Neb. Rev. Stat., Section 76-201):
Their one-half interest in and to:
Lot Three (3) in Block One (1) in Lewis' Subdivision of
Blocks One (1), Eight (8), Nine (,9) and Sixteen (16) of
Lewis Subdivision of the Northeast Quarter (NE ;) of the
Southeast Quarter (SE ;) of Section Eleven (11), Township
Seven (7) North, Range Ten (10), West of the 6th P.M., in
the City of Hastings, Adams County, Nebraska, according to
the recorded plat thereof;
and
Lot Eight (8), in James F. Frye's Subdivision of Block One
(1) of Bruce's Addition to the City of Hastings, Adams
County, Nebraska, according to the recorded plat thereof.
GRANTORS covenant (jointly and severally, if more than one) with
GRANTEE that GRANTORS:
(1) are lawfully seized of such real estate and that it
is free from encumbrances;
(2) have legal power and lawful authority to convey the
same;
(3) warrant and will defend title to the real estate
against the lawful claims of all persons.
