Company, Hastings, Nebraska, as Beneficiary under the Deed of Trust executed by Fred H and Jerri Ann
Knapple, Husband and Wife, as Trustor to Heritage Bank f/k/a City National Bank and Trust Compauy,
Hastings; Nebraska, as Trustee for the benefit of Beneficiary, dated as of June 2, 2005 and recorded June
10, 2005 in the office of the Register of Deeds of Adams County, Nebraska, as Instrument Number
20052626 has requested in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered.
In accordance with the request of the Beneficiary, the Trustee reconveys without warranty to
the person or persons entitled thereto all the right, title, interest and olaim acquired by the Trustee
pursuant to the Deed of Trust in the following:
LOT EIGHT (8), BLOCK THREE (3), WEST HILLTOP ACRES ADDITION TO THE
CITY OF HASTINGS, ADAMS COUNTY, NEBRASKA, ACCORDING TO THE
RECORDED PLAT THEREOF .
