FOR VALUABLE CONSIDERATION, Heritage Bank, Hastings, Nebraska, as
Beneficiary under the Deed of Trust executed by ROBERT L. MASTIN and VIRGINIA A.
MASTIN, husband and wife, as Trustor to Heritage Bank f/lda City National Banlc and Trust
Company, Iastings, Nebraska, as Trustee for the benefit of Beneficiary, dated as of December
14, 1999, and recorded December 22, 1999, in the office of the Register of Deeds of Adams
County, Nebraska, as Instrument #19996331 has requested in writing that this Deed of
Reconveyance be executed and delivered.
In accordance with the request of the Beneficiary, the Trustee reconveys without
warranty to Che person or persons entitled thereto al] the right, title, interest and claim acquired
by the Trustee pursuant to the Deed of Trust in the following:

according to the recorded plat thereof.
