DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
WHEREAS, the undersigned, Five Points Bank of Hastings, f/k/a Five Points Bank of
Hastings, a division of Fiometovrn Bank, a Nebraska Corporation, as Trustee, under.the Deed
of Trust dated November 25, 2002, executed by EVANGELICAL FREE CHURCH OF
HASTINGS; A NEBRASKA CORPORATION, as Trustor, in which Five Points. Bank.of. Hastings,
f/k/a Five Points Bank of Hastings, a division of Hometown Bank is named as Beneficiary, and the
undersigned as Trustee, which was recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds of Adams
County, Nebraska, On Instrument No 20026673 on the 3rd day of December, 2002.
and
WHEREAS, said undersigned, Five Points Bank of Hastings f/k/a Five Points Bank of
Hastings, a division of Hometown Bank, as Trustee, has received from Five Points Bank of
Hastings, flk/a Five Points Bank of Hastings, a division of Hometown Barik as Beneficiary, written
request to reconvey the real estate described in the Deeds of Trust above mentioned as follows:
EXIHIBIT A
said request to reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such Deed of Trust has been fully paid;
NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deeds of
Trust ,the undersigned as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or
persons legally entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this Deed of Reconveyance, at
Hastings, Nebraska, this 13th day of December, 2007.
