KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
THAT WHEREAS, in consideration of full payment of the indebtedness secured by the Trust Deed
executed by Vaden I. Lane and Mary Ann Lane (husband and wife) to The Commercial Bank, Blue Hill,
Nebraska, Trustee for the Benefit of The Commercial Bank, the Beneficiary named therein, dated February 24,
1995 and recorded on March 3, 1995 in instrument #950655 at the office of the register of Adams County,
Nebraska, has been paid, and said Beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be.
executed and delivered as confirmed by its endorsement below;
NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of the
Beneficiary named therein, the undersigned as Trustee does by these presents, grant, remiss, release and
reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto all the interest and estate derived to said Trustee by or through
said Trust Deed in the following described premises but only as to such premises:
The Southwest Quarter (SWl/4) Section Twenty-Eight (28), and that part of the Northwest Quarter
(NWl/4) of Section Thirty-Three (33), Lying West of and Abutting ASixty-Six Foot (66') Strip of land
conveyed to Adams County, Nebraska for highway purposes, Recorded in book 67 of Deeds on page 49 of
the Records of said Cet~nty; All bcirg in Township Six (6), North, Range Twelve (12), West of the Sixth
P.M., Adams County, Nebraska.
