Southwest Quarter (SW 1/4) of Section Eight (8), Township Seven (?)North, Range
Nine (9) West of the 6th P.M., which abuts the South line of said Lot Five (5), being
a tract Fifly (50) feet East and West and Forty-Two and One-Half (42 112) feet, more
or less, North and South..
