ASSIGNMENT OF DEED OF TRUST BENEFICIAL INTEREST
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that Option One Mortgage Corporation, the
party of the first part, in consideration of the sum of one dollar ($1.00) and other valuable
consideration to it in hand paid by Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., as Trustee for Citigroup Mortgage
Loan Trust, Series 2005-OPT4, Asset Backed Pass-Through Certificates, the party of the second
part, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, has granted, assigned and transferred, and, by
these presents does grant, assign and transfer unto the said Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., as Trustee
for Citigroup Mortgage Loan Trust, Series 2005-OPT4, Asset Backed Pass-Through Certificates,
its successors and assigns, the beneficial interest in a certain Deed of Trust wherein H & R Block
Mortgage Corporation is Beneficiary, Karen J. Stanley, a single person and Carrie Utter, an
unmarried woman is Trustor and First American Title Insurance Company is Trustee, which
Deed of Trust was. dated. April. 22; 2005, and Recorded on May 5,2005 as Instrument No. 2005-
1971, of the mortgage records of Adams County, Nebraska, which Deed of Trust was assigned
by H & R Bloclc Mortgage Corporation to Option One Mortgage Corporation, said assignment
dated November 29, 2005 and recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds of Adams County,
Nebraska December 10, 2005 as Instrument No. 20056006 of the mortgage records of said
county, and all its right, title and interest to the property therein described, as follows, to-wit:
LOT 87, A.M. GHOST'S ADDITION TO THE CITY OF HASTINGS, ADAMS
COUNTY, NEBRASKA.
