U.S. Bank National Association, trustee under that certain Nebraska Deed of Trust, Security Agreement and Assignment
of Rents and Leases dated August 4, 2007, and filed August 27, 2007, as Document #20073846, of the Mortgage
records of Adams County, Nebraska naming Todd Theis and Debbie Theis as Trustor, U.S. Bank National Association
as Beneficiary, and U.S. Bank National Association as original Trustee in consideration of performance in full by said
Trustor of all obligations imposed by said Deed of Trust and the note secured thereby, does hereby reconvey to said
Trustor the following described real estate, to wit:
LOT 125, CAMPBELLS ADDITION , CITY OF HASTINGS, ADAMS COUNTY, NEBRASKA ~°'
hereby canceling and satisfying said Deed of Trust.
Such reconveyance is given subject to all existing liens, encumbrances; covenants and restrictions not imposed upon said
property by the undersigned, and is made for the sole and only purpose of satisfying of record the aforesaid Deed of
Trust.
