of Rents and Leases dated July 3, 2006, and filed July 31; 2006, as Document #20063385, of the Mortgage records of
Adams County, Nebraska namirig Todd R. Theis and Debbie L. Theis as Trustor, U.S. Bank National Association as
Beneficiary, and U.S. Bank National Association as original Trustee in consideration of pertormance in full by said Trustor
of all obligations imposed by said Deed of Trust and the note secured thereby, does hereby reconvey to said Trustor the
following described real estate, to wit:
LOT FIVE (5), RINGLAND'S SUBDIVISION OF BLOCK THREE (3), OF PALMER'S SUBDIVISION OF PALMER'S
ADDITION TO THE CITY OF HASTINGS, ADAMS COUNTY, NEBRASKA, ACCORDING TO THE RECORDED PLAT
THEREOF.
hereby canceling and satisfying said Deed of Trust.
Such reconveyance is given subject to all existing liens, encumbrances, covenants and restrictions not imposed upon said
property by the undersigned, and is made for the sole and only purpose of satisfying of record the aforesaid Deed of
Trust.
