NOTICE OF DEFAULT
The undersigned, being the Successor Trustee under a Trust Deed filed for record
on 12/12/2005 Document 20055895 in the records of Adams "County, Nebraska, by
BRADLEY A MUELLER AND GINA~ M MUELLER, HUSBAND AND WIFE AS
JOINT TENANTS., as Trustors, in which Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems as a
nominee for HOMEOWNERS LOAN CORP., is named as Beneficiary, hereby gives
notice that a breach of an obligation for which the trust property was conveyed as
security has occurred, and the nature of such breach is the Trustor's failure to make debt
payments as they became due. The current lawful holder of the promissory note is The
Bank of New York Trust Company, N.A. as successor to JPMorgan Chase Bank N.A. as
Trustee. You are hereby notified that because of such default, the indebtedness secured
by said Trust Deed is accelerated' and as of 11/14/2007, is in the amount of $41,257.55;
plus interest thereafter. You are further notified that because of such default, the
undersigned has elected to sell or cause to be sold the trust property to satisfy the
obligations under the Trust Deed; the trust property affected is as follows:
THE EAST FIFTY-FIVE FEET (E55') OF THE SOUTH NINETY-EIGHT
FEET (S98') OF THE WEST ONE HUNDRED THIRTY-FIVE FEET
(W135') OF LOT TEN (10), BLOCK ONE (1), BUSWELL ADDITION TO
THE CITY OF HASTINGS, ADAMS COUNTY, NEBRASKA,
ACCORDING TO THE RECORDED PLAT THEREOF.
