In consideration's of the payment of One hundred Forty-three Thousand One Hundred and No/100
Dollars ($143,100.00) from Central National Bank (hereinafter "Assignee") to Geneva State Bank, a
Corporation (hereinafter "Geneva State Bank"), the receipt and sufficiency of which are hereby
acknowledged by Geneva State Bank, Geneva State Bank grants, assigns, conveys and transfers to
Assignee_all of Geneva State Bank's right, title and interest in that certain Deed of Trust dated December
10, 2007, wherein Geneva State Bank is the Beneficiary Brian.D. Palser and Amy M. Palser, husband
and wife, is the Trustor, and Central National Bank is the Trustee, which Deed of Trust was recorded in
the office of the Register of Deeds of Adams County, Nebraska, on fee l ~, ao~ l ; in Book or
Inst #oZo07 j~f 77 ,Page ~- ;both the Deed of Trust and Assignment describing the
following parcel of real property, to-wit:
Lot One (1), of Gedney Court Park Subdivision of Lot Three (3) and the East Ten (10) feet of Lot
Four (4), Block Three (3), College Addition to the City of Hastings, Adams County, Nebraska,
according to the recorded plat thereof; AND
The South Sixty feet (S60') of the West Seventy feet (W70') of Lot Two (2), Block Tluee (3),
College Addition to the City of Hastings, Adams County, Nebraska, according to the recorded
plat thereof.
Together with the indebtedness described in said Deed of Trust and the money due or to become due
thereunder, including interest thereon.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, Geneva State Bank has caused this Assignment to be executed by its Vice-
