In consideration of the payment of Sixty Five Thousand and No/100 Dollars ($65,000.001 from Central
National Bank (hereinafter "Assignee") to Geneva State Bank, a Corporation (hereinafter "Geneva State Bank"),
the receipt and sufficiency of which are hereby acknowledged by Geneva State Bank, Geneva State Bank grants,
assigns, conveys and transfers to Assignee all of Geneva State Bank's right, title and interest in that certain Deed of
Trust dated December 10, 2007 wherein Geneva State Bank is the Beneficiary, Delbert J. Kotas and Susan K.
Kotas, husband and wife, is the Trustor, and Central Nationa] Bank is the Truste^e, which Deed of Trust was
recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds of Adams County, Nebraska, on ~I~C. 18 , 206 , in
Book or Inst # ~ bd-'7 J ~~ -] "1 ,Page -" ;both the Deed of Trust and Assignment describing the
following parcel of real property, to-wit:
Lot One (1), Block Three (3), Westridge Addition to the City of Hastings, Adams County,
Nebraska, according to.the recorded plat thereof.
Together with the indebtedness described in said Deed of Trust and the money due or to become due
thereunder, including interest thereon.
1N WITNESS WHEREOF, Geneva State Bank has caused this Assignment to be executed by its Vice-President on
this 10th day of December 2007.
