3. An undivided one-half (%z) interest in and to the Southeast Quarter (SE/4) of Section Thirty-two (32),
Township Five (5) North, Range Eleven (11), West of the 6's P:M., Adams County, Nebraska
all subject to easements, reservations, covenants and restrictions of record.
GRANTORS have determined. that the GRANTEE is the person entitled to distribution of the real
estate from said estate. GRANTORS covenant with GRANTEE that GRANTORS have legal power and lawful
authority to convey the same.
