3. An undivided one-half (%z) interest in and to the Southeast Quarter (SE/4). of Section Thirty-two (32),
Township Five (5) North, Range Eleven (11), West of the 6`~' P.M:, Adams County, Nebraska
all subject to the life estate of 1VIabe1 J. Kinley, easements, reservations, covenants and restrictions of
record.
GRANTORS have determined that the GRANTEES are the persons entitled to distribution of the
real estate from said estate. GRANTORS covenant with GRANTEES that GRANTORS have legal power
and lawful authority to convey the same.
