MABEL J. KINLEY, a single person, GRANTOR, in consideration of love and affection,
convey to JULIA A. KOCH and DONALD`D. KINLEY, Co-Trustees of the Mabel J. Kinley
Revocable Trust dated December 18, 2007, GRANTEES, the following described real estate (as
defined in Neb. Rev. Stat. ~¢76-201):
All of Lot Three (3), in Block One (1), Parkhill Addition to the City of Hastings,
Adams County, Nebraska;
2. An undivided one-half (%2) interest in and to the Southeast Quarter (SE/4) and the
Northeast Quarter (NE/4) of Section Twenty (20), and the Southeast Quarter (SE/4)
of Section Thirty-two (32), All in Township Five (5) North, Range Eleven (11) West
of the 6`h P.M., Adams County, Nebraska.
GRANTORS covenant with GRANTEE that GRANTORS:
are lawfully seised of such real estate and that it is free from encumbrances;
2. have legal power and lawful authority to convey the same;
3. warrant and will defend title to the real estate against the lawful claims of all persons.
