KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS THAT WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured
by the Deed of Trust executed among Jeffery S Consbruck and Candice D Consbruck;
Husband and Wife ("Trustor"); and Hastings State Bank ("Trustee"), .for the benefit of
Hastings State Bank, the beneficiary, named therein, dated September 14, 2007 and
recorded September 17, 2007 as Instrument No. 20074125 in the office of the Register of
Deeds in Adams County, Nebraska has been paid.
NOW, ,THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the
request of the Beneficiary named therein, the undersigned as Trustee does by these presents
grant, remise and reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto, all interest and estate
derived to said Trustee by or through said Trust Deed in the following described premises, but
only as to such premises
