Beneficiary under the Deed of Trust executed by MARCIA' K. UDEN, A Single Person, as
Trustor to Heritage Bank f/k/a City National Banlc and Trust Company, Hastings, Nebraska, as
Trustee for the benefit of Beneficiary, dated as of May 22, 2003, and recorded May 29; 2003, in
the office of the Register of Deeds of Adams County, Nebraska, as Instrument #20033702 has
requested in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered.
In accordance with the request of the Beneficiary, the Trustee reconveys without
warranty to the person or persons entitled thereto all the right, title, interest and claim acquired
by the Trustee pursuant to the Deed of Trust in the following:
