DEED OF PARTIAL RECONVEYANCE
Dated: December 17, 2007
FOR VALUABLE CONSIDERATION, Adams County Bank as
Beneficiary under the Deed of Trust executed by The Plainsman, Inc., a Nebraska
Corporation, as Trustor(s) to Adams County Bank as Trustee for the Benefit of the
Beneficiary, dated as of February 2, 2006, and recorded in the office of the Register of
Deeds of Adams County, Nebraska as Instrument No.20060586, has requested that this
Deed of Partial Reconveyance be executed and delivered.
In accordance with the request of the Beneficiary, the Trustee reconveys without
warranty to the person or persons entitled thereto all the right, title, interest and claim
acquired by the Trustee pursuant to the Deed of Trust in the following described
premises:
Lot Five (5), Meier-Kulhanek Subdivision in the City of Hastings, Adams County,
Nebraska, according to the recorded plat thereof.
Provided that the remainder of the land- described in the Deed of Trust, together with all
