The undersigned, the Beneficiary in the Deed of Trust referred toy in the Deed of
Reconveyance set out below, hereby acknowledges satisfaction of the obligation secured by said
Deed of Trust and requests the Trustee to reconvey the trust property by executing the following

DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
The indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed by DENICE C. KOCH, f/k/a
DENISE C. SALMEN, and FRANKLIN R. KOCH, wife and husband, whose mailing address is
2230 West 11t1i Street, Hastings, NE 68901, as Trustor, to Charles W. Hastings, Attorney at Law,
P.O. Box 1044, Hastings, Nebraska 68902-1044, as Trustee, for the benefit of Heritage Bank,
formerly known as City National Bank and Trust Company, Hastings, Nebraska, a National Banking
Corporation, P.O. Box 349, Hastings, Nebraska 68902-0349, as Beneficiary, recorded in the Office
of the Register of Deeds of Adams County, Nebraska, on January 19, 1993, as Instrument No.
930224, has been paid, and the Beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance
be executed and delivered as confirmed by its endorsement above.
In consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of the Beneficiary, the
Trustee reconveys to the person or persons entitled thereto all the right, title, interest and clairn
acquired by the Trustee pursuant to the Deed of Trust in the following:
Lot Twenty-three (23), Block Two (2), West Lawn Addition to the City of Hastings,
Adams County, Nebraska, according to the recorded plat thereof, also including the
half of the vacated alley abutting said property.
