SUBSTITUTION OF TRUSTEE AND DEED OF RECONVEYANCE

said Deed of Trust may appoint a successor Trustee to any Trustee thereunder appointed; and

as successor Trustee, and the Trustee does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or persons
