DEED OFRECONVEYANCE
Whereas, William E. Langdon is the Trustee under a Deed of Trust dated from William
M. Berney III and Rose A. Berney Trustor(s). for the benefit of Meritage Mortgage
Corporation dated September 30, 2004 and filed October 5, 2004 as Inst. No.
20045073 assigned to Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc. in the office of
the Register of Deeds of Adams County, Nebraska; and
WHEREAS, the Beneficiary has requested the Trustee in writing to reconvey the trust
property to the person(s) entitled thereto;
NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with the request of the Beneficiary, the undersigned,
as Trustee does hereby grant and reconvey to the person(s) entitled thereto, all interest and
estate derived to said Trustee by or through said Deed of Trust in the following described
premises:
Lot 2, in M. Williams Subdivision of Block 11, of Lewis Subdivision of the NEB/a
of the SEA/a of Section 11, Township 7 North, Range 10 West of the 6~h P.M., in the
City of Hastings, Adams County, Nebraska, according to the recorded plat thereof.
