KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS l'HAT WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured
by the' Deed of Trust. executed .among Randall L. Peterson and Ruth A. Peterson; Husband
and Wife ("Trustor"); and Hastings State Bank("Trustee"), for the benefit of Hastings State
Bank, the beneficiary, named therein, dated April 28, 2003 and recorded May 2, 2003 as
Instrument No. 20032983 in the office of the Register of Deeds in Adams County; Nebraska
has been paid.
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the
request of the Beneficiary named therein, the undersigned as Trustee does by these presents
grant, remise and reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto, all interest and estate
