Kingswood Plaza, LLC,, a Nebraska limited liability company, successor in interest by merger
with Kingswood Plaza, a Nebraska partnership, GRANTOR, in consideration of One and 00/100
($1.00) DOLLAR and other valuable consideration received from GRANTEE, Villa Village
Mobile Home Park; L.L.C., an Iowa limited liability company, conveys to GRANTEE, the
following described real estate (as defined in Neb. Rev. Stat., § 76-201):
That portion of the SW1/4 SE1/4, Section 8, Township 7 North, Range 9 West of the 6`" P.M:,
Adams County, Nebraska, more fully described as follows, to-wit:
Beginning at a point 220.0 feet East of the intersection of the North-South centerline of said
Section 8 and the East-West centerline of Third Street, as now located; thence Easterly along
said Third Street centerline a distance of 1100.0 feet, to a point distant 50.0 feet Northwesterly of,
measured radially to, the former Chicago, Burlington & Quincy Railroad Company (now
Burlington Northern Railroad Company) Aurora Spur track centerline; thence Southwesterly
parallel with said Aurora Spur track centerline on a curve 2° to the left (delta = 50°10') a distance
of 1000.0 feet, to a point distant 100.0 feet Northerly of, measured at right angles to, said
Railroad Company's Main Track centerline; thence S78°29~ a distance of 178.0 feet from the
intersection of said line drawn parallel with and distant 100.0 feet Northerly of, measured at right
angles to, said Main Track centerline and the North-South centerline of Section 8; thence
Northerly parallel with said North-South Centerline of Section 8 a distance of 162.14 feet; thence
Easterly measured at right angles to said North-South centerline of Section 8 a distance of 46.5
feet; thence Northerly parallel with said North-South centerline a distance of 227.2 feet to the
