SUBSTITUTION OF TRUSTEE
David B. Garwood, a member of the Nebraska State Bar Association is hereby appointed
successor trustee under the Deed of Trust executed by William M. Zimmerman and Julia A.
Zimmerman as trustors; in which William T. Clasen and Mildred I. Classen, husband and wife,
were named as beneficiaries'and Dale Krueger was named as trustee, which was filed for record
on January 10, 2001, as Instrument Number 20010143, of the real estate records of Adams
County, Nebraska; and which was thereafter duly assigned to Mildred Ida Classen, Trustee of the
Mildred Ida Clasen Revocable Trust dated May 29, 2003, by Instrument No. 20033975. The
trust property affected is legally described as follows:
The Northwest Quarter (NW'/a) OF Section 21, Township 5 North, Range 10
West of the 6th P.M., Adams County, Nebraska except the Railroad Right of Way
and except approximately One and One-half acres Lying east of the Railroad
Right of Way in the same quarter: AND a tract in the Northeast Quarter (NE'/4) of
said section described as follows: Commencing at the Northwest corner of said
Northeast Quarter thence south 99 rods and 6 feet to apoint on the right of way
line on the west side of the CB&Q Railroad; thence in a Northeasterly direction
along and on said Right of Way line to a point on the North SEction Lne; 31 rods
and 2 feet east of said northwest corner; thence west to the place of beginning,
being all of said Northeast Quarter lying West of said CB&Q Railroad Right-of-
Way and containing nine acres more or less.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, Theodore William Classen, Successor Trustee of the Mildred Ida
Classen Revocable Trust dated May 29, 2003, the beneficiary of said Deed of Trust has executed
this Substitution of Trustee on December a~, 2007.
