Clasen and Mildred I: Clasen, husband and wife, were named as beneficiaries and Dale Krueger was named as trustee; which was filed for record on January 10, 2001, as Instrument Number 20010143, of the real estate records of Adams County, Nebraska; and which was thereafter duly assigned to Mildred Ida Clasen, Trustee of the Mildred Ida Classen Revocable Trust dated May 29, 2003, by Instrument No. 20033975, has been paid, and the Beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered as confirmed by its endorsement below. In consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of the Beneficiary, the Trustee reconveys to the person or persons entitled thereto all the right, title, interest and claim acquired by the Trustee pursuant to the Deed of Trust in the following: The Northwest Quarter (NW'/4) OF Section 21, Township 5 North, Range 10 West of the 6th P.M., Adams County, Nebraska except the Railroad Right of Way and except approximately One and One-half acres Lying east of the Railroad Right of Way in the same quarter; AND a tract in the Northeast Quarter (NE'/a) of said section described as follows: Commencing at the Northwest corner. of said Northeast Quarter thence south 99 rods and 6 feet to apoint on the right of way line on the west side of the CB&Q Railroad; thence in a Northeasterly direction along and on said Right of Way line to a point on the North SEction Lne; 31 rods and 2 feet east of said northwest corner; thence west to the place of beginning, being all of said Northeast Quarter lying West of said CB&Q Railroad Right-of--Way and containing nine acre Dated: December ~_, 2007.
