ASSIGNMENT OF EASEMENT AND RAILROAD TRACK RIGHTS
AND
BILL OF SALE
For and in consideration of the sum of Ten Dollars ($10.00) and other good and valuable
consideration, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, HADCO, Inc., a Nebraska
corporation ("Grantor"), does hereby grant, bargain, sell, assign, and transfer to Golden T, LLC, a
Nebraska limited liability company ("Grantee"), all of Grantor's right, title, and interest in and
to:
I. Any and all permanent easements owned by. Grantor for all rail lines, and the
right to maintain, repair, replace, and use the same for moving or.the storage of railcars situated
over and across the following described real estate:
The South Half (S 1/2) of Section Fourteen (14), Township Seven (7)
North, Range Nine (9), West of the 6"` P.M., Adams County, Nebraska:
2. All rails, ties, ballast, and appurtenances owned by the Grantor and located
within said easement area. .
To have and to hold the same unto Grantee, and its successors and assigns forever,
Grantee, for itself and its successors and assigns, understanding that said easement shall not be
used in such a manner as to block or impede access to any building or building docks, and that
said easement shall terminate to the extent that any rails are removed for reasons other than repair
or replacement.
