FOR VALUABLE CONSIDERATION, Heritage Bank, Hastings, Nebraska; as
Beneficiary under the Deed of Trust executed by BRUCE F,. BARTOS and THERESA A.
BARTOS, husband and wife, as Trustor to Heritage Bank, Hastings, Nebraska, as Trustee for the
benefit of Beneficiary, dated as of January 8, 2004, and recorded January 9, 2004, in the office of
the Register of Deeds of Adams County, Nebraska, as Instrument No. 20040130 has requested in
writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered.
In accordance with the request of the Beneficiary, the Trustee reconveys without
warranty to the person or persons entitled thereto all the right, title, interest and claim acquired
by the Trustee pursuant to the Deed of Trust in the following:
Lot Two (2); Jacobi's Subdivision, an Addition to the City of Hastings, Adams County,
Nebraska, according to the recorded plat thereof ,
