FOR VALUABLE CONSIDERATION, Adams County Bank as Beneficiary
under the Deed of Trust executed by John R. Rostvet and Jodi A. Rostvet, Husband
and Wife as Trustor(s) to Adams County Bank as Trustee for the Benefit of the
Beneficiary, dated as of November 25, 2005, and recorded in the office of the Register of
Deeds of Adams County, Nebraska on December 7, 2005 as Instrument No. #20055814,
has requested that this Deed of Partial Reconveyance be executed and delivered.
In accordance with the request of the Beneficiary, the Trustee reconveys without
warranty to the person or persons entitled thereto all the right, title, interest and claim
acquired by the Trustee pursuant to the Deed of Trust in the following described
premises:
Lot One (1), Freeland Creek 2"~ Subdivision, Adams County, Nebraska
Provided that the remainder of the land described in the Deed of Trust, together with all
buildings, fixtures, improvements and appurtenances belonging to the remaining -land,
shall remain subject to the Deed of Trust.
