For the consideration of one dollar and other valuable consideration, U.S. BANK, N.A., does
hereby grant, bargain, sell, convey and confirm unto the FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE
ASSOCIATION the following described real estate in Adams County, Nebraska, to wit:

The Grantor covenants with grantee, and successors-in-interest, that it holds the real estate by

power of sale contained therein; that it has good and lawful authority to sell and convey the real
