REGISTER OF DEEDS
For the consideration of one dollar and other valuable consideration, FEDERAL
NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION (herein "Grantor"), does hereby grant, bargain,
sell, convey and confirm unto the TIERONE BANK (herein "Grantee") the following described
real estate in Adams County, Nebraska, to wit:
Lot Nine (9), Block One (1), Thompson's Addition, Hastings, Adams County,
Nebraska, according to the recorded plat thereof.
The Grantor covenants with Grantee, and successors-in-interest, that it holds the real estate
by virtue of foreclosure of a Deed of Trust recorded as Instrument No. 2006-3464, and exercise of
the power of sale contained therein; that it has good and lawful authority to sell and convey the real
estate;. that the real estate is free and clear of all liens and encumbrances, except as maybe above
stated.
