interest of the Trustee acquired by virtue of the above mentioned Trust Deed and Assignment of Rents in and to

The Northwest Quarter of Section 6, Township 8 North, Range 11 West of the 6th P.M., Adams County,
Nebraska, Except that portion known as Lot 1 of Sahling Subdivision Replat (recorded October 17, 2002, as
Instrument # 2002-5543, records of Adams County, Nebraska.
Said Trust Deed and Assignment of Rents shall remain in full force and effect as to all other property
described therein.
