Beneficiary under the Deed of Trust executed by ASHVINI SENGAR and MANJARI SENGAR
Husband and Wife, as Trustor to Heritage Bank, Hastings, Nebraska, as Trustee for the benefit of
Beneficiary, dated as of November 15, 2006, and recorded November 22, 2006, in the office of
tl~e Register of Deeds of Adams County, Nebraska, as Instrument #20065302 has requested in
writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered.
In accordance with the request of the Beneficiary, the Trustee reconveys without
warranty to the person or persons entitled thereto all the right, title, interest and claim acquired
by the Trustee pursuant to the Deed of Trust in the following:
LOT ONE HUNDRED THIRTEEN (113), REPEAT OF THE LOT SIX (6), BLOCK FOUR (4), AND
LOT THIRTEEN A (l3A) IN THE ADMINISTRATIVE REPEAT OF LOTS TWELVE (12), THIRTEEN
(13) AND FOURTEEN (14), BLOCK FOUR (4), COLONIAL ESTATES THIRD ADDITION TO THE
CITY OF HASTINGS, ADAMS COUNTY, NEBRASKA, ACCORDING TO THE RECORDED PLAT
THEREOF.
