GRANTOR, conveys and releases to Sabrina A. Jones, GRANTEE, the
following described .real estate:
Tract 1: All that part of parcel of land beginning
at a point 715 feet north of the center of Section
Nine (9), Township Five (5) North, Range Nine (9)
West of the 6th P.M., Adams County, Nebraska,
running thence East 150 feet; thence North 75
feet; thence West 150 feet; thence South 75 feet
to the point of beginning, subject to existing
roadway as shown on recorded plat of the town of
Pauline, Adams County, Nebraska. AND
Tract 2: A part of the Southwest Quarter (SW 1/4)
of the Northeast Quarter (NE 1/4) of Section Nine
(9) , Township Five ( 5 ) North, Range Nine ( 9 ) West
of the 6th P.M., Adams County, Nebraska, described
as follows: commencing at a point 675 feet North
of the center of said Section Nine (9); thence
East 150 feet; thence South 25 feet; thence West
150 feet; thence North 25 feet to the point of
beginning; subject to road right-of-way on the
West 33 feet thereof.

GRANTOR has determined that the GRANTEE is the person
entitled to distribution of the real estate from said estate.
GRANTOR covenants with GRANTEE that GRANTOR has legal power and
lawful authority to cognvey and release the same.
