MICHAEL J. WEEKS and CHRISTAL R. WEEKS, husband and wife, Grantor,
whether one or more, in consideration of One Dollar ($1.00) and other valuable
consideration, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, conveys to LEANN Y. WILLIAMS
and MICHAEL J. WILLIAMS, as Joint Tenants with rights of survivorship and not as
Tenant in Common, Grantee, whether one or more, subject to a Life Estate of MICHAEL
J. WEEKS and CHRISTAL R. WEEKS, husband and wife, the following described real
estate (as defined in Neb. Rev. Stat. Section 76-201) in Adams County, Nebraska:
Lot Three (3), Block Two (2), Cleland's Addition to the City of Hastings, Adams
County, Nebraska; and
Weeks Subdivision, Adams County, Nebraska.
Grantor covenants Qointly and severally, if more than one) with the Grantee that Grantor:
(1) is lawfully seised of such real estate and that it is free
from encumbrances, except easements, reservations,
covenants and restrictions of record;
(2) has legal power and lawful authority to convey the same; and
(3) warrants and will defend the title to the real estate
against the lawful claims of all persons.
