REGISTER OF DEEDS
RUSSELL D. OCHSNER and DENISE L. OCHSNER, husband and wife, Grantor,
whether one or more, in consideration of One Dollar ($1.00) and other valuable
consideration, received from Grantee, whether one or more, conveys to: (1) Grantee,
RDO FARMS, INC., a Nebraska Corporation, one of the Grantees, for a term of years
which it will receive all the income and use including depreciation, if any, which term will
terminate on the 12th anniversary of the Deed that this deed corrects, and to (2) Grantee,
and to RUSSELL D. OCHSNER and DENISE L. OCHSNER, husband and wife, one of
the Grantees, as Joint Tenants with rights of survivorship and not as Tenants in Common,
all the right, title and interest, subject to the term of years, the following described real
estate (as defined in Neb. Rev. Stat. Section 76-201) in Adams County, Nebraska:
The Northeast Quarter (NE1/4) of Section Thirty (30), Township Seven (7)
North, Range Eleven (11) West of the 6th P.M., Adams County, Nebraska.
This corrects Joint Tenancy Warranty Deed filed November 14, 2007
as Instrument Number 20075031.
Grantor covenants Qointly and severally, if more than one) with the Grantee that Grantor:
(1) is lawfully seised of such real estate and that it is free from encumbrances, except
easements, reservations, covenants and restrictions of record;
(2) has legal power and lawful authority to convey the same; and
(3) warrants and will defend the title to the real estate against the lawful claims of all
persons.
