REGISTER OVF DEEDS
LITTLE MEXICO, INC., a corporation, GRANTOR, in consideration of One
Dollar ($1.00) and other valuable consideration received from GRANTEE, EILEEN M.
HARMAN, a single person, conveys to GRANTEE, the following described real estate
(as defined in Neb. Rev. Stat. Section 76-201):
Lot Two (2), Little Mexico Subdivision in the City of Hastings, Adams County,
Nebraska, according to the recorded plat thereof.
Corrects legal description on Corporation Warranty Deed recorded December 7,
2007, as Instrument No. 20075355 in the office of the Register of Deeds of Adams
County, Nebraska
To have and to hold the above described premises together with all tenements,
hereditaments and appurtenances thereto belonging unto the Grantees and to Grantee's
heirs and assigns forever.
And the Grantor for itself and its successors does hereby covenant with the Grantee
and with Grantee's heirs and assigns that Grantor is lawfully seised of said premises; that
they are free from encumbrance, except easements and restrictions of record.
That Grantor has good right and lawful authority to convey the same; and that Grantor
warrants and will defend the title to said premises against the lawful claims of all persons
whomsoever.
