Beneficiary under the Deed of Trust executed by Tiinothy W. Bolton and Maryann Bolton,
Husband and Wife, as Trustor to Heritage Bank f/k/a City National Bank and Trust Company,
Hastings, Nebraska, as Trustee for the benefit of Beneficiary, dated as of March 7, 2007 and June
2, 2003, acid recorded March 22, 2007 and June 9, 2003, in the office of the Register of Deeds of
Adams County, Nebraska, as Instrument #20071163 and #20033981 has requested in writing that
this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered.
In accordance with the request of the Beneficiary', the Trustee reconveys without
warranty to the person or persons entitled thereto all the right, title, interest and claim acquired
by the Trustee pursuant to the Deed of Trust in the following:
