The undersigned, the Beneficiary in the Deed of Trust referred to in the Deed of Reconveyance set out
below, hereby acknowledges satisfaction of the obligation secured by said-Deed of Trust and requests the

DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
The indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed by ROBERT L. NIMROD and CINDY A.
NIMROD, husband and wife, 1.118 W. 7th Street, Hastings, NE 68901, as Trustors, to DAVID H. FISHER,
Attorney at Law, P.O. Box 1044, Hastings, Nebraska 68902-1044, as Trustee, for the benefit of ELDON L.
ORTHMANN and TAMERA S. ORTHMANN, husband and wife, as Beneficiaries, has been paid, and the
Beneficiaries have requested in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered as
confirmed by its endorsement above:
Deed of Trust recorded May 30, 2003, as Instrument No. 20033763.
In consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of the Beneficiaries, the Trustee
reconveys to the person or persons entitled thereto all the right, title, interest and claim acquired by the Trustee
pursuant to the Deed of Trust in the following:
The West Seventy-five (W 75') Feet of Lot Seven (7) and the West Seventy-five (W 75') Feet
of the South Forth (S 40') Feet of Lot Eight (8), Block Five (5), Haire's Addition to the City
of Hastings, Adams County, Nebraska, according to the recorded plat thereof.
