The Beneficiary named therein, dated February 23, 2001 and recorded in the Office of the Register of Deeds in Adams
County, State of Nebraska Recorded on April 10, 2001 as Instrument # 20011570 has been paid.
WHEREAS, THE BENEFICIARY UNDER SAID DEED OF TRUST HAS REQUESTED THE PROPERTY HELD BY THE
TRUSTEE BE RECONVEYED, WITHOUT WARRANTY, TO THE PERSON ENTITLED THERETO. NOW THEREFORE,
