THAT WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Trust Deed executed Judith
Gaona and Juan Gaona, wife and husband, to Old Republic National Title Insurance
Company, Trustee for the benefit of Wells Fargo Financial Nebraska, Inc. f/k/a Norwest
Financial Nebraska, Inc. the Beneficiary named therein, 01/24/05, and recorded 02/11/05
in the office of the Register of Deeds of Adams County, Nebraska., in inst# 20050631
has been paid, and said Beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed of
Reconveyance be executed and delivered.
NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with
the request of the Beneficiary named therein, the undersigned as Trustee does by these
presents, grant, remise, release and reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto all
the interest and estate derived to said Trustee by or through said Trust Deed in the
following described premises but only as to such premises:
The land referred to in this commitment is located in the County of Adams State of
Nebraska, and is described as follows:
The East Sixty-five(65) feet of lots five (5), Six (6) and Seven (7), block twelve (12),
Dawes and Ross Addition to the City of Hastings, Adams county, Nebraska
TOGETHER WITH ALL buildings, fixtures, improvements and
