MEXICO, INC., a corporation, quitclaims to GRANTEE, the following described real
estate (as defined in Neb. Rev. Stat. 76-201):
Lot One (1), Little Mexico Subdivision in the City of Hastings, Adams County,
Nebraska, according to the recorded plat thereof.
Corrects legal description on Corporation Warranty Deed recorded December 7,
2007, as Instrument No. 20075355 in the office of the Register of Deeds of Adams
County, Nebraska which erroneously conveyed Lot One to Grantor.
