Notice is hereby given that Trustor 1~oxanne S. Denny is in
breach of an obligation for which the following described
property was conveyed as security by Deed of Trust recorded as
Instrument No. 20056055 in the office of the Register of Deeds
of Adams County, Nebraska, on December 21, 2005, covering the
following Trust property: Lot Two (2), Lakeview Second
Addition, a subdivision in the City of Hastings, Adams County,
Nebraska.
The nature of the breach is failure to pay the principal
and interest due upon the Note which the Deed of Trust secures.
The Trustee has elected to sell or cause to be sold the
property to satisfy the obligation.
