NOTICE OF DEFAULT
A breach has occurred of the obligations secured by
(i) the Deed of Trust dated 07-22-2005, executed by
Trustor Linda K. Svoboda and recorded as Instrument No.
20053475, and
(ii) the Deed of Trust. dated 06-28-2005, executed by
Trustor Linda K. Svoboda and recorded as Instrument Nc.
20053518.
The nature of the breach is the fail:are to pay the amounts
due for more than thirty (30) days after demand for payment was
received by Trustor. The Trustee has elected to sell the real
estate which is covered by both Deeds of -gust to satisfy the
obligations.
The real estate covered by Instrument No. 20053475 is:

County, Nebraska, according to the recorded
plat. thereof, subject tO the roar. right-of-
