PARTIAL RELEASE OF WATER CONSTRUCTION LIEN
WHEREAS,, Hastings Utilities and Westbrook Village, L.L.C. a Nebraska Limited Liability
Company, are parties to a Real Estate Improvement Contract execute~3 by them on he 16th day of June, 2006,
granting to Hastings Utilities an interest in Lots 1-20, Westbrook Village 9th Addition, City of Hastings,
Adams County, NE, according to the recorded plat thereof; and,
WHEREAS, construction liens were filed under the provisions of the said Real Estate Improvement
Contracts as Instrument No. 20062767 against, Lots 1-20, Westbrook Village 9th Addition, City of Hastings,
Adams County, NE, and,
WHEREAS, Westbrook Village, L.L.C. a Nebraska Limited Liability Company has completed
habitable improvements upon the said parcels in accordance with the provisions of the said Contracts;
NOW, THEREFORE, Hastings Utilities hereby releases its interest resulting from the Construction
Liens filed as Instrument No. 20062767 against Lot 16, Westbrook Village 9th Addition, City of Hastings,
Adams County, NE according to the recorded plat thereof.
