FOR VALUABLE CONSIDERATION, Heritage Bank, Hastings, Nebraska, as
Beneficiary under the Deed of Trust executed by GUY L. FAGIOLO and KIMBERLY J.
FAGIOLO, Husband and Wife as Trustor to Heritage Bank f/k/a City National Bank and Trust
Company, Hastings, Nebraska, as Trustee for the benefit of Beneficiary, dated as of February 20,
2003, and recorded February 26. 2003, in the office of the Register of Deeds of Adams County,
Nebraska, as Instrument #20031253 has requested in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be
executed and delivered.
In accordance with the request of the Beneficiary, the Trustee reconveys without
warranty to the person or persons entitled thereto all the right, title, interest and claim acquired
by the Trustee pursuant to the Deed of Trust in the following:
LOTS FIVE (5) AND SIX (6), EXCEPT THE WEST THIRTY-FOUR (W34) FEET OF LOT
SIX (6), BLOCK ONE (1), PARKHILL ADDITION TO THE CITY OF HASTINGS, ADAMS
