KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS,
THAT WHEREAS, the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust Executed by
Wayne L. Kalvoda and Joann K. Kalvoda, Husband & Wife, to Adams County Bank,
Trustee, for the benefit of Adams County Bank, Beneficiary named herein, said Deed of
Trust being dated 15t~' day of December, 1998 and recorded in the office of the County
Register of Deeds of Adams County, Nebraska on 8t'' day of January; "-1999 as
Instrument Number 19990110, has been paid, and said Beneficiary has requested in
writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered.
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with
the request of the Beneficiary named therein, the undersigned as Trustee, does by these
presents, grant, remise, release and reconvey to the persons entitled thereto all the interest
and estate derived to said Trustee by or through said Deed of Trust in and to the
following described premises, to-wit:
The East 15 Acres of the Northeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter (NE 1/4 NW
1/4) of Section Twenty-four (24), Township Six (6) North, Range Nine (9), West of
the 6t1' P.M., Adams County, Nebraska
TOGETHER with all buildings, fixtures, improvements and appurtenances as
belonging to such premises.
