The indebtedness secured by the Trust Deed executed by Marvin Leroy Bunch and
Shannon Renee Bunch, Husband and Wife, as TRUSTOR, to Michael E. Sullivan, as TRUSTEE,
for the benefit of Geraldine Schroff, as BENEFICIARY, dated January 3, 1996, and filed of
record with the Adams County Register of Deeds on 3anuary 8, 1996, as Instrument No.
19960093, has been satisfied, and the BENEFICIARY has requested in writing that this Deed of
Reconveyance be executed and delivered.
In consideration of such satisfaction, and in accordance with the request of the
BENEFICIARY, the TRUSTEE reconveys to the person or persons entitled thereto all the right,
title, interest and claim acquired by the TRUSTEE pursuant to the Deed of Trust in the
following:
All of Lot Seven (7), except the South Forty-two (42) feet thereof, in Jones
Addition to the City of Hastings, Adams County, Nebraska, according to the
recorded plat thereof
