FOR VALUABLE CONSIDERATION, Heritage Bank f/k/a City National Banh and Trust
Company, Hastings, Nebraska, as Beneficiary under the Deeds of Trust executed by Michael T. Meyer
and Cynthia M. Meyer husband and wife as Trustor to Heritage Bank f/k/a City National Bank and
Trust Company, Hastings, Nebraska, as Trustee for the benefit of Beneficiary, dated as of Januar.~ 1,
2000 and recorded January 21, 2000 in the office of the Register of Deeds of Adams County, Nebraska,
as Instrument No. 20000256 has requested in writing that this Deed of Partial Reconveyance be executed
and delivered.
In accordance with the request of the Beneficiary, the Trustee reconveys without warranty to
the person or persons entitled thereto all the right, title, interest and claim acquired by the Trustee
pursuant to the Deeds of Trust in the following described premises but only as to such premises:
LOTS TWO (2), THREE (3), AND SIX (6), TONKINSON'S SUBDIVISION IN THE
CITY OF HASTINGS, ADAMS COUNTY, NEBRASKA, ACCORDING TO THE
RECORDED PLAT THEREOF
Provided that the remainder of the land described in the Deeds of Trust, together with all buildings,
fixtures, improvements and appurtenances belonging to the remaining land, shall remain subject to the
Deeds of Trust.
